Orders & Shipping
Can I make changes to my order?
We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you do need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
When will I receive my order?
All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground free of charge. Once your order is placed, it takes our team 1 to 2 business days to process. From there, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.
You can view the status of your order anytime by logging into your Account. Once the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Impatient much? Don’t worry, so are we. You can choose either 2nd Day and Next Day at checkout for an additional cost.
Does Warp + Weft ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US but working on bringing Warp + Weft everywhere else in the world. In the meantime, we recommend comGateway as a workaround.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We’re sorry it didn’t work out! Returns are free and we accept items in new condition within 15 days of receiving your order. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions about sizing or fabric recommendations on sale items, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You should have received a pre-paid UPS return label included in your order. Affix the attached return label to the box and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. If you cannot find your return label, reach out to email@example.com and we’ll send you another one right away.
Can I exchange an item?
Due to high demand, we currently do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order while the return item is sent back for a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
