Orders & Shipping

Can I make changes to my order?

We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you do need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.

When will I receive my order?

All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground free of charge. Once your order is placed, it takes our team 1 to 2 business days to process. From there, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.

You can view the status of your order anytime by logging into your Account. Once the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Impatient much? Don’t worry, so are we. You can choose either 2nd Day and Next Day at checkout for an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are processed at our international distribution center.

We are proud to offer international shipping to the following countries with our partner DHL: Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom. Depending on your location shipping time may vary.

Your order will be shipped on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you will be liable to pay for any local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged on the purchase. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.Shipping rates are based on delivery service, price, insurance and weight of item and destination. To determine the cost please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process.

  • We DO NOT process refunds on international orders unless the garment is damaged or incorrect.

In case of shipment refusal, we will deduct original shipping charges as well as the duty and sales tax from the total amount.

Please also note that we will send you an email outlining the conditions of international shipping and will need you to kindly accept these terms in an email response. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days your order will be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY - USA ORDERS ONLY

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days after final receipt for a refund. Merchandise received after 15 days will only be accepted at our discretion and will only qualify for a store credit. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.

  • We reserve the final approval on all Returns.
  • No Return allowed on Final Sale items.

HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD

Gift shopping or would like to return your gift? We have made it super easy. For all domestic full price orders (USA only) placed from 11/24/2017 thru 1/1/2018 will be accepted for full refund through 1/31/2018. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and the garment is unwashed, unworn and unused.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. Attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS Return Label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your closest UPS location or call UPS for a pickup at 800-742-5877. No additional postage required. This service is only available in the United States. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method, at your own expense. We do not accept COD.

Can I exchange an item?

Due to high demand, we currently do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order while the return item is sent back for a refund.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
