Donation to charity: water
We’re creating denim for the next generation. Not only do we save and recycle 98% of the water we use during manufacturing, but we also want to pay it forward. Through our partnership with charity: water, we invite you to help us provide clean water to people who need it.
Did you know that 1 out of 10 people lack access to clean water, which means nearly 663 million people in the world are living without clean water?
Did you know that traditional jeans that require up to 1,500 gallons of water to manufacture and ours only require 10 gallons?
Responsible water use and conservation has been at the heart of everything we do since day one. By using environmentally-friendly Dry Ozone technology, clean indigo dyes, and by recycling 98% of the water we use, we create denim you can feel good about purchasing. Our eco-friendly manufacturing process ensures water consumption is kept to a minimum because we know it’s a scarce resource for many.
We’re taking it a step further and helping charity: water to change that. In underdeveloped nations, accessibility to clean water makes a tangible difference, warding off fatal diseases and generally improving quality of life. In 2019, together with our parent company ADM, we sponsored a well project in Malawi. We want to keep the partnership going to help grant access to clean water to even more people. That’s why for every donation you make to charity: water, we’ll match. It’s that simple.
