Warp + Weft is NOT liable for lost, stolen or damaged items should the customer opt out of CHECKOUT+ at checkout.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated via our Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase date.
If the customer has opted out of CHECKOUT+, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels will be provided via the Returns Portal and label cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
The return shipping fee will be waived on exchanges.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and placed back into original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
Final sale items may not be returned for refund, store credit or exchange.
Complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on all contiguous US orders over $100, all other orders will be charged a $10 non-refundable shipping fee.
All international returns are at the expense of the customer.
