At this time, we are not able to process returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders or orders from Hawaii or Alaska.
We accept returns for a refund or exchanges for an alternate size on unwashed and unworn merchandise that still hold the original tags. Merchandise received after 20 days of the purchase date will not be refunded but may qualify for store credit at our discretion.

You will need your order # (WW****) and zip code to request your return or exchange. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a pre-paid UPS return shipping label you can print and use to return the item.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible including the original packing slip. Attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS Return Label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your closest UPS location or call UPS for a pickup at 800-742-5877. No additional postage required. This service is only available in the United States. We do not accept COD.
We will notify you once the return is received and will take 1-3 business days to be processed. If your return is accepted, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
We want to make sure you get the perfect pair of underwear, but we get it – online shopping can be tricky sometimes. If you are unhappy with your first pair for any reason, we will offer a free size exchange within 20 days of purchase. Unfortunately, underwear is not eligible for a refund.
Items on sale are NOT eligible for refund but can be exchanged for size or store credit within 20 days of the order.
Items on final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
