HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your Warp+Weft tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at Warp+Weft, simply sign in with your username and password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your Warp+Weft tracking number.
NOTE: It may take up to 24-48 hours before your tracking information is available online.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you do need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All domestic orders over $75 ship via UPS Ground free of charge. Orders below the minimum threshold will be charged a $10 (flat rate) shipping fee. Once your order is placed, it takes our team 1 to 2 business days to process. From there, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders with PO Box addresses will not be processed and delayed. You can view the status of your order anytime by logging into your Account. Once the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?
Impatient much? Don’t worry, so are we. We currently offer UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 days). Luckily for you, most of our customers get theirs in 3.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Merchandise ordered on warpweftworld.com can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam and to APO/FPO boxes (subject to the terms below). We currently do not ship warpweftworld.com purchases internationally.
NOTE: All deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO boxes are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and all APO/FPO boxes, please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.
