HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your Warp+Weft tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at Warp+Weft, simply sign in with your username and password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your Warp+Weft tracking number.

NOTE: It may take up to 24-48 hours before your tracking information is available online.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you do need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@warpweftworld.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All continental US states get free UPS ground shipping on orders over $75. Orders below the minimum threshold will be charged a $10 (flat rate) shipping fee.

Hawaii, Alaska, and all US Territories including Puerto Rico have the below surcharges and are not eligible for returns:

• Hawaii - $20
• Alaska - $30
• Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana islands - $20 The US Territories will also be subject to DDP and are excluded from the domestic return policy.

Once your order is placed, it takes our team 1 to 2 business days to process. From there, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders with PO Box addresses will not be processed and delayed. You can view the status of your order anytime by logging into your Account. Once the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?

Impatient much? Don’t worry, so are we. We currently offer UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 days). Luckily for you, most of our customers get theirs in 3.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand

All international orders will be shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are based on destination.

Your order will be shipping on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. You will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be assessed and added to your purchase price. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

At this time, we are not able to process returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders or orders from Hawaii or Alaska.

In case of shipment refusal once order is processed and shipped, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Coupon and promotional codes are now accepted for International orders. Gift cards cannot be used on International orders at this time.

Additionally, merchandise ordered on warpweftworld.com can be shipped to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and to APO/FPO Boxes (subject to the terms below).

NOTE: All deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, and to APO/FPO Boxes are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and all APO/FPO boxes, please allow additional time for delivery to these definitions.

At this time, all international orders are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. International includes the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. Hawaii and Alaska are also NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
